Front-end Web Designer

We are seeking a front-end web designer to join our team at our office in South Lake Tahoe, CA. Hatchback Creative is a growing digital marketing agency dedicated to creating original, cutting-edge work. If you dabble in the worlds of code and design, please contact us.

The Web Designer will assist with the design and development of custom WordPress themes for a range of businesses and organizations.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Strong graphic design skills for web layout and content organization
  • Ability to work with and create WordPress themes
  • Familiarity with WordPress and plugins for backend administration (ACF, Visual Composer)
  • Understanding of SEO best-practices
  • Ability to implement responsive design techniques and strategies
  • Motivation to produce websites that result in improved user-experiences and web traffic
  • Strongly desired: HTML/CSS, PHP, JQuery, Javascript, Bootstrap, ecommerce, WHM/cPanel, WP Plugin Development, WP Custom Post Types
